The staff was friendly and made us feel like family. The lady at check-out was kind and even prepared a special breakfast for us on our honeymoon. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was cute. Breakfast in the courtyard was a good experience.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Rome, I had a forgetful moment and left my wallet behind when I checked out in a hurry. Luckily, the landlord was kind and understanding, even though she didn't speak English. She called the hotel and waited patiently for me to explain the situation. The landlord agreed to mail my wallet, which only contained my student ID and BRP, since I didn't think I needed them for boarding. I was pulled over on the way to the airport because I didn't have my BRP. Feeling anxious and with only an hour before my flight, I called the landlord and explained the situation through the hotel staff in Italian. She promptly sent a car to deliver my wallet just in time. I really appreciate the landlord's hospitality and patience throughout the whole experience. It made me feel welcome and reminded me of the friendliness of the Italian people. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. It's also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to catch public transit down the street. The rooms are comfortable and well-sized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. the breakfast provided is delicious, and the rooms have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer heat.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy due to the nearby bars, but that is to be expected in such a lively area.

The staff, especially Sandro, were exceptional - friendly and always willing to assist. And I must mention the delicious eggplant nuggets served in the restaurant.
